Who we are

Ganggreen LLC ("Temper AI", "we") runs temper-ai.com and studio.temper-ai.com, and sells Temper AI Studio. This policy covers both sites and the Studio app.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, company, and anything you write when you contact us. If you buy Temper AI Studio, we receive your email, your license key and the details of your purchase. We never see or store your full card number. Information collected automatically: basic, privacy-friendly analytics such as pages visited, referring site and device type.

Your recordings

Temper AI Studio records, transcribes and renders on your Mac. Your recordings are not uploaded to us. When you run an AI edit, the app sends the transcript of your take to Anthropic's Claude through your own Claude Code account, under Anthropic's terms and privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

How we use it

To answer you, deliver the licenses you paid for, send receipts and product updates, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our sites and products. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, under their own data terms: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email support@temper-ai.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, tell customers by email.
